About FCSG

Fall City Sustainable Growth is a registered non-profit comprised of Fall City residents and business owners concerned about the rapid growth, loss of rural character and unknown environmental impacts created by new sub-divisions. We have backgrounds in finance, environmental sciences and political advocacy. The group meets regularly and coordinates action plans. We would love to see you at a meeting!

Mission statement
We aim to preserve Fall City’s unique rural character through advocacy and partnership. We believe in sustainable development practices and conscious growth.

Our priorities:

  • Limit sub-development clustering and urban building practices

  • Maintain R-4 zoning (4 houses per acre) in Fall City

  • Safeguard clean drinking water and watersheds

  • Ensure that pedestrians, bicycles, equestrians, and cars are safe

  • Advocate at the county and state levels for rural character and environmental protections
